Included Services that 3D Innovative Design, LLC provides:

( Fair and competitive rates within the USA.)

1. Professional 3D SolidWorks Modeling

2. Professional 2D drawings & PDF conversions

3. Provide appropriate computer file formats for:

· Waterjet cutting

· Laser cutting

· CNC machining

4. Phone/virtual meetings offering assistance with detailing designs of the project. The CUSTOMER has the final say and APPROVAL of the finished design.

5. All CAD files and Fabrication Drawings agreed to in the contract for services relating to the project. These will become the customer’s sole digital property if stated so in the contract agreement.

Limited Liability Clause:

3D Innovative Design, LLC will provide the documents and digital files on an 'as-is' basis. 3D Innovative Design, LLC does not guarantee their accuracy, nor shall 3D Innovative Design, LLC be liable for any damages arising from the use of said documents and digital files.

3D Innovative Design, LLC provides NO GUARANTEE of Usage for any specific purpose. 3D Innovative is not an Engineering Firm and employs no Engineers on staff. Potential Customers are advised to seek independent engineering and/or legal advice before relying on the drafted/digital materials as needed. 3D Innovative Design, LLC offers no approvals or encouragement to design any product in a certain manner using any particular materials.

Excluded Services 3D Innovative Design, LLC does not provide:

1. 3D Innovative Design, LLC does not provide any Engineering calculations, specifications or services. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain engineering services if needed.

2. 3D Innovative Design, LLC does not provide fabrication for projects. It is the responsibility of the customer to find an appropriate fabrication facility.

3. 3D Innovative Design, LLC is not liable for any fabrication errors or mistakes due to the customer using the approved drawings and CAD files.

4. 3D Innovative Design, LLC is not liable for any safety, injuries or misuse of finished fabricated projects.
